Founded in 2004 to organize and focus the efforts of our township Democrats to win local, state and Federal seats for the Democratic Party. In 2022 Tinicum formally merged with Bridgeton to create the organization we are today. By bringing like-minded people together, educating our community and encouraging people to vote, TBD has helped to win back many important seats. With 236 active members, we can help make a difference in every election.

Bob Harvie is running for Congress because he believes our country is failing to live up to its promise — and working families are paying the price. While people work longer and harder just to stay afloat, Washington is stuck in chaos, ignoring the struggles of everyday Americans. Bob knows firsthand how bad policies have made things worse, including devastating cuts that have left local nonprofits with fewer resources to help families in need. He is running to change that — to fight for the middle-class and working families, rebuild the American Dream, and ensure everyone who works hard can build a better future. He won’t stand by while Washington prioritizes billionaires like Elon Musk over the people who make this country strong — he’s ready to fight for Bucks County and deliver the leadership we deserve.

Tim Hayes is a veteran, borough council president, and environmental policy expert running for State Representative in Pennsylvania’s 143rd House District. In Harrisburg, he’ll use his experience building bipartisan consensus to fight to keep our communities affordable, green, and safe.
The son of a union sheet metal worker and Wawa cashier, Tim has dedicated his life to serving the people of Pennsylvania. At the age of 17, he enlisted in the Army National Guard, serving as a Field Artillery Automated Tactical Data Systems Specialist. He took that mindset of service and ran for Dublin Borough Council. He was elected at the age of 21, becoming the youngest elected official in Dublin’s history.
